General Information

All products in this store are sold by Mind Records / Mindone Oy, VAT identification number FI20976748. We sell products to adult private persons and companies, internationally.
Prices and payments are in Euros and including VAT of 24%.
Mind Records is entitled to change the prices without any notice.

EU Customers – private persons

If you order products from a country or location belonging to EU customs and taxation union, prices are inclusive of value added tax and other applicable taxes.

Non-EU Customers

If you order products from a country or location not belonging to EU customs and taxation union, the prices are exclusive of VAT, but you may have to pay value added taxes or other additional taxes and/or customs duties. You may also be required to pay a brokerage (handling) fee for the shipment. These charges are separate from the price charged by Mind Records and are levied once the package reaches the specified destination.

Ordering

Products are ordered via Internet from Mind Records (www.mindrecords.com) shopping cart. All orders are confirmed with an e-mail notification that includes price of the order, delivery fees and the goods ordered. In order to receive a confirmation e-mail the customer must supply us with his/her e-mail address during the order process. The customer is obliged to comply with these Terms & Conditions during every order.

Methods of Payment

Payment can be made by PayPal or authorized bank, debit or credit cards listed at the Store. All payments will be subject to security checks.
Payments are handled by PayPal.

Delivery Times

We deliver Products via PostNord every working day.

For the estimated delivery times from the date of confimation, see the list below:

Finland 2-4 working days
Nordic region 3-5 working days
Europe 3-7 working days
rest of the world 6–14 working days

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs include delivery costs and packaging. The amount of shipping costs will be shown in shopping cart during the order process. The customer will receive a tracking code for the order.

Product changes and returns

According to Finnish law of consumer protection act the customer has 14 day notice period to change or return the order. Only goods that are sealed, unused and in sellable condition can be returned.

If the goods are wished to be returned or changed, please contact our sales at: shop@mindrecords.com for further instructions.
We will not accept returns after 14 days of delivery. When the return has been accepted, the payment will be refunded to the customers bank account.

Problems in delivery and with defective goods

If the product has been damaged or lost during the delivery or wrong product has been delivered, customer should contact us immediately at: shop@mindrecords.com
Notification on a faulty delivery or product must be made within 14 days of receiving the product. If the parcel has been damaged during the delivery, the local postal office must be informed immediately.
